What VowNow is

VowNow is a discovery marketplace that connects couples planning weddings with vendors offering newly available dates, packages, and wedding-related items. We are not a party to any contract or transaction between couples and vendors.

What VowNow is not

We do not process payments, hold deposits, or guarantee the quality, availability, or honesty of any listing. Every booking, contract, and payment happens directly between the couple and the vendor.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when contacting a vendor or listing a business.
• Don’t list a business you don’t own or use someone else’s photos without permission.
• Don’t use the site to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited marketing.

Vendor listings

We review every vendor listing before it goes live, but we can’t independently verify every claim. Listings may be removed without notice if we learn they’re inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

VowNow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any direct dealings between couples and vendors. If you wire money or sign a contract with a vendor you found on VowNow, that’s a relationship between you and them; please verify the vendor independently before sending payment.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
